EJ does not currently accept orders or payments. Nothing is shipped, and no return or refund program is active.
Support is limited to account access, privacy, policy, and catalog-availability questions. Transaction-support materials are unnecessary while transactions remain disabled.
Catalog and document availability
Authenticated users may inspect review-only catalog records and available supplier reference certificates. Transactions remain unavailable until authentic supplier evidence, exact SKU and lot documentation, and security review are complete.
Protect sensitive information
Do not email full payment-card numbers, bank-account details, passwords, Social Security numbers, government identification, or medical information. EJ will request only the limited information reasonably needed to review your inquiry.
