1. Current transaction status

EJ does not currently accept orders or payments through this website, so nothing is currently shipped.

No shipping, cancellation, return, or refund promise applies because the website cannot create a sale or capture payment.

2. Future ordering policy

If transactions are enabled later, EJ will publish reviewed shipping, cancellation, return, refund, fulfillment, carrier, and support terms before any transaction can occur.

Future terms must state when an order is accepted, how shipment timing is measured, how cancellations and damaged or incorrect shipments are handled, and how any refund is issued. Current site copy must not be interpreted as such a promise.

Questions about the current no-transaction status or a document concern may be sent through Contact EJ.

Do not email payment-card numbers, bank details, passwords, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information.

This policy does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. If ordering is activated, applicable law and the transaction terms presented at that time will control.
