1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern the EJ website, account system, private research workspace, and compliance-validation interface.

The workspace is for qualified laboratory researchers and authorized organizations. A free account registration option may be offered when the production account service is fully configured. You must be legally able and authorized to agree to these Terms.

2. Research-only limits

All catalog materials are presented only for lawful, qualified, nonclinical laboratory research. They are never for human or veterinary use; diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or patient management; food or drug use; dietary supplements; cosmetics; household or personal use; or any other consumer use.

Do not ingest, inhale, inject, implant, administer, apply, or otherwise use a listed material in or on a human or animal. Do not use site content as dosing, administration, reconstitution, medical, veterinary, or clinical guidance. The Research-Use Policy is part of these Terms and provides additional restrictions.

3. Current catalog and transaction status

Authenticated users may inspect review-only catalog records. No item is transaction-eligible until authentic supplier evidence and exact SKU and lot documentation are complete.

EJ does not currently accept purchases or payments through the site. The compliance interface does not create or submit an order, form a sale contract, reserve inventory, authorize a charge, or create a shipping obligation.

4. Documents and verification

The supplied PDFs remain outside the public web root. Selected supplier reference certificates may be available to authenticated users for review. Filenames and internal labels preserve source annotations, but no file is authoritatively mapped to an eligible catalog SKU or verified lot. EJ does not represent that it performed the reported testing or that an archival annotation is exact SKU or lot evidence.

A future document must be verified against the exact supplier, product, SKU, lot or batch, date, version, and test method before publication or reliance.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misrepresent identity, qualifications, organization, intended use, or authority; violate law, sanctions, import or export controls; probe or interfere with site security without written permission; introduce malware; or present a document or listing misleadingly.

6. No professional advice

The site provides research-company and access information, not medical, veterinary, clinical, legal, regulatory, or safety advice. Seek appropriate independent professional review for laboratory safety, compliance, and research design.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” EJ does not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, availability, regulatory status, fitness for a research purpose, or freedom from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EJ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and contact

EJ may change, suspend, or discontinue site content or features and may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
